With over 20 years’ experience in the high tech industry, Paul Chen is a serial entrepreneur who successfully founded, built and exited two technology start-ups before starting KnexxLocal.
In 1993, Paul founded FloNetwork Inc., a pioneer in the email marketing service provider industry which quickly became the market leader with a revenue of over $25 million. Eight years after the business was founded, FloNetwork was acquired by DoubleClick (now owned by Google). In 2004, Paul launched his next venture, the Software as a Service based email archiving firm Fortiva. As CEO, Paul helped to establish Fortiva as a leader in the SaaS email archiving space with Global Fortune 500 customers including Microsoft, Autodesk and Maersk. Chen was instrumental in selling the business in 2008 to Proofpoint (PFPT:NASDAQ).
For over 15 years, Praising Gaw has played a key role in launching and building a series of high-tech startups, holding leadership roles in marketing, product management, and service delivery.
